Rodriquez Wright II seated alone in a lecture hall of wooden seats
Every empty seat is a voter someone still has to reach.

He started as a legislative intern in the Tennessee State Senate. He built from there.

As founder of Leo Operations, he runs campaign strategy, field operations and political media for candidates and causes across the country.

Before that he was State Organizing Director for Mike Bloomberg's 2020 presidential campaign in Tennessee, State Project Director for BlackPAC, and campaign manager for races from Nashville City Hall to the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.

He holds a BA in English and a Master of Public Administration from Tennessee State University.
